SSL Encryption on sessions ensures files being uploaded and downloaded across the Internet are encrypted for added privacy. It also encrypts your ID and password during login. If SSL is turned on in an Enterprise Edition or Transcription Edition Administrator's account it automatically enforces SSL sessions for ALL users in the group.

A registered user's privacy is protected by My Docs Online. Customer names and company names are never released without customer's authorization. All contact information including email addresses are never sold or shared with other parties and are private. Email addresses used as the result of file sharing are never sold or shared with other parties and are private to the registered user's account.
User Privacy Protection
Files can be shared with non-My Docs Online users. A single file, or multiple files, or an entire folder can be shared. An email is sent to the recipient with one link to a temporary My Docs Online account. Recipient clicks on link to view the file or files being shared. The recipient has 7 day access to files or 6 attempts to open/download the files. There is no charge to non-My Docs Online users for their temporary account.
File Sharing to non-MDO Users
There is no file size limitation for uploads or downloads. When uploading large files users should check that there is sufficient available storage in the account to receive the file or files.
