My Docs Online is a powerful Web-based service that was created as a compliment to your wireless Pocket PC. The service combines wireless messaging and virtual drive capabilities to provide you with a wireless way to handle files and email attachments — much as you would at your desktop PC — all using your wireless device.

To access My Docs Online on your Pocket PC device point your browser to http://mydocsonline.com/pocketpc.htm.

You will see the following login screen:

Navigating and Selecting a Folder

After selecting a folder a list of all files contained in that folder will be displayed. Next select the file that you wish to work with.

After selecting a file, select the Action you want to perform with the file. These include:
  • Download — Download the file to your Pocket PC device.

  • View as Text — View the file as a text file on your Pocket PC device. This feature supports popular office file formats, including Word, Word Perfect, RTF, and Adobe PDF.

  • Send File — The selected file will be emailed as a file attachment to the recipient email address you specify. The email subject and accompanying message default to generic messages you will see displayed. You can modify these if needed.

  • Send Fax — If your account is eligible for this option the selected file will be sent as a fax to the phone number you specify. Type the North American area code and 7-digit number when prompted. Additional fields you will see displayed include Recipient's name, Re:, and Cover message.
