NAPLES, Fla., and PALO ALTO, Calif., May 3 -- My Docs Online, Inc., a pioneer in Web-based wireless file access and messaging services, has been selected to participate in the much anticipated OmniSky nationwide launch. OmniSky, the provider of a complete wireless Internet service for handheld devices such as the Palm V, and My Docs Online have agreed to provide enhanced wireless messaging for mobile professionals. Launched today, OmniSky's complete wireless Internet service includes user interface software that makes it easy to access a vast amount of web content and provides a fast, streamlined way to send and receive email with a wirelessly enabled Palm V. The agreement with My Docs Online enables OmniSky subscribers to access wirelessly their important desktop files, stored at My Docs Online, and send them as email file attachments from their mobile devices.

"OmniSky provides a complete wireless experience that lets users act immediately on their Internet needs from wherever they are," said Barak Berkowitz, president of OmniSky. "By joining with My Docs Online, we offer a compelling next step in the way people work wirelessly."

"We're thrilled by the enthusiastic response to My Docs Online by OmniSky's beta testers," said Steve Dempsey, president of My Docs Online, Inc. "Now mobile professionals, connected to the Web through the new OmniSky service, will never be more than a few taps away from their important files and documents."

To initiate the free service, users first establish a free My Docs Online account and replicate their important folders and files to their My Docs Online virtual drive. Users then install and launch the My Docs Online Web clipping application included on the OmniSky installation CD-ROM. Mobile users access their files using their Palm V connected with a wireless OmniSky Minstrel Modem, select the desired file, and send it to the recipient as an email file attachment. In addition, selected file types may be wirelessly downloaded and viewed on the Palm.
