MY DOCS Online PARTNERS WITH SYVAX TO PROVIDE WEB-BASED FILE ACCESS FOR PDA USERS

Agreement provides PDA users the ability to easily access their documents anytime, virtually anywhere, from the palm of their hands

Naples, FL. ­ December 6, 1999 ­ My Docs Online, Inc., a leading provider of web-based filestorage, and Syvax, a leading developer of Internet content for integrated wireless devices, today announced that they have partnered to provide users with the ability to access critical documents and files directly on their PDAs. Using Syvax s HandRes service (www.handres.com ), mobile computer users will be able to view selected notes, outlines, and other documents stored on the My Docs Online web site (www.mydocsonline.com) with their devices while not compromising on airtime. The new service will be available later this quarter.
