Do I have to sign a long term contract?
No. My Docs Online is a pay-as-you-go service. There are no long term contracts or commitments on your part. You simply pay month-to-month or annually. If you cancel, you will not be billed again.
Are there per-user fees?
No. The prices you see above are all inclusive. Every My Docs Online plan includes the stated number of User IDs and amount of storage. The storage is pooled among all your users.
What types of payment do you accept?
Currently we accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express for monthly or annual plans. We can invoice you for annual plans.
How does the 15-day free trial work?
You choose the best plan for you when you sign up for a free trial. When you activate your account you have the option of switching to a different plan if it's a better fit. All files you upload and User IDs you define during the trial will still be part of your account after activation.
Can I change plans at any time?
Yes. If you downgrade to a smaller plan the new price will be charged at the time of your regular renewal. If you upgrade partway through a plan period we pro rate the upgrade charge for the balance of your current plan period. We then charge the regular plan price at your regular renewal time.
