Transcription Storage: 100 MB of storage is added to Transcription Group Storage for each Member ID purchased. For example, a 5 Member ID account will have 500 MB of shared storage. Additional storage can be added at rates listed below.

• Annual Rate for each 100 MB added at $12.00
• Annual Rate for each 1 GB added at $120.00

How Many Member IDs Will I Need: You need an Admin Member ID for your use, and one additional subaccount Member ID for each client you transcribe for.

For instance, Medical Transcription Members will need an ID for each Medical Practice you support to be HIPAA compliant. If you work alone and support one Medical Practice then you will need a two Member ID account (the Admin ID for you and one ID for the Medical Practice). If you support two Medical Practices you will need a three Member ID account, and so on.

If you employ transcriptionists you will want at least one ID for your transcriptionists to use. If you wish to restrict transcriptionists access so they only view the folder for a particular Medical Practice then you will need additional subaccount Member IDs for each transcriptionist in your group.

Court Reporters need a two Member ID account (the Admin ID for the Court Reporter and one ID for a Scopist). Court Reporters typically need extra storage to accommodate large audio files. Additional storage can be purchased at the Additional Storage Rates stated above.
