The outbound file faxing feature can be used from any PC, Mac or wireless device that has Internet access, such as a BlackBerry or Sprint/Nextel phone. Outbound faxing is restricted to North America only. The Fax Package is billed monthly and can be purchased by Personal Edition users, Enterprise Edition users, and Transcription Edition users.

Faxing minutes used can be tracked in the Fax Service section of your My Docs Online account. Unused fax minutes do not carry over to the next month. Additional fax minutes used are billed at 10 cents per minute. Standard text documents take approximately one half of a faxing plan minute, while documents with graphics tend to use more time.

New My Docs Online users can choose the optional Fax Package when registering for an account. Existing My Docs Online users can add the optional Fax Package from the "My Account" section. Go to the "Fax Services" section and click on the Signup for Fax Services link to select a package option to suit your business needs.
